Directorate General of Supplies & Disposals head quartered in Delhi, is the Central Purchase Organization of the Government of India headed by the Director General. It is a part of the Department of Supply & Purchase (Ministry of Commerce).

b. Direct Orders: State Govt. Departments and other govt. offices can contact the local representative as per the details provided to get the pro-forma on DGS&D prices and place the direct order with Mahindra & Mahindra.

b. Others have to make a 100% advance payment to Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. along with the purchase order.
